$7 – Logo with Personalization – Black Hawk Logo with personalized name below the logo
During Check out – in Order Notes – add the name to be embroidered on the polo. Make sure the spelling is correct.
Personal Polos will be picked up and returned to Mrs. Abels at Black Hawk. Please make sure the bag your shirts are in are labeled appropriately. If you wish different labels of different polos, please add that note in the order notes when checking out.
